Twenty years behind the chair.
Twenty years of cutting hair, same approach the whole time — slow down, pay attention, get it right.
Twenty years, one chair.
Ronnie Johansen has been cutting hair for two decades. A lot of his clients came from other clients — someone got a cut, liked it, told a friend. That's still how most people find him.
He's also a husband and a father, and he brings the same patience home that he brings to the chair. When you're sitting with Ronnie, you have his full attention. Not half of it.
The plan is to grow Ronnie's past one shop, eventually into more than one city. Same person doing the cutting, same way of doing it, just more chairs.
Family first.
The same patience Ronnie brings to the chair starts at home — husband, father, and the reason every client gets his full attention, not whatever's left over.
How he got here.
Learning the basics, properly
Before any of the flashy stuff, Ronnie spent years just getting the fundamentals right.
A client list that grew on its own
No advertising budget needed. People kept coming back and kept bringing friends.
Ronnie's opens
Same approach as always, now with a name on the door.
More than one chair
The plan is more locations, run the same way this one is.
Three things that don't change.
He asks first
Before the clippers come out, he asks what you actually want instead of guessing.
He doesn't rush
Your appointment gets the time it needs, not whatever's left in a 15-minute slot.
Same result, every time
If a cut worked for you once, it'll work the same way next time.
